Horison Hotels

The room was excellent. It was so comfy and provided good sleep environment. The amenities were complete. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked really well. For personal preferences, I expected all the lighting should be in a warm tone, but unfortunately it was not. The hotel was near Diana shopping center (joint building) that made it such a good place for transit or doing business, it eliminated the hassle to get needed groceries. The hotel had swimming pool and gym that operated from 08.00 a. M to 08.00 p. M. The breakfast was great, it had lots of options, start from rice-based foods to western foods like pasta and bread. The staffs were great and very helpful. The hotel also had drop out service that would not cost you additional charge. I do hope to stay in this hotel again.

Perfect for backpacker. It's near a travel shuttle and to the city.

I only spent a night here but the experience was really great. Amazing hotel, nice location, and superb breakfast. Not to mention their nice rooftop cafe. Good spot to watch sunset and the price is affordable. Got no chance to try other facilities but would like to the next time I stay here again.

It's fabulous experience to stay here, my kid so happy to stay here to celebrate her birthday during easter holiday. she likes to swim here, this hotels have a huge playground with lots of kids activities. definitely will be back here again! our big thanks to Horison Tirta Sanita!

Cozy place for long stay, over all is great

It was a nice experience to stay at Horison Kendari.

Bedroom and bathroom are pretty clean. Good service, I even can get ojek calling service while waiting at the lobby. Early check in, at 7.30. Delicious breakfast. Good stay!

The accommodation is actually ok not that special, but the people, has made the stay excellent. Start from the security, receptionist, porter, waiters were nice, kind and polite, made me and my family feeling at home. Definitely will Come back for next visit. Spend night in this hotel with my family, all experiences is wonderful. If you want a feel great hospitality service in downtown Serang (Banten Province capitol), you should come to this hotel. Starting from security, doorman, front office, they welcome you with warm greeting. No need to worries for healthy protocol, this hotel follow the rules. I have to mention Mr. Nurman from reception, he follow up my request regarding hot water issue immediately without any reasons. And also Ms. Intan & Ms. Sofia, always greet me by name during my stay, which is amazing. A lot of variety of food during breakfast, one of the best selling point from this hotel, and f&b crew is very attentive to the guest. From the greeter who registers (sorry Miss, really forget your name), food stall crew, service crew, they go extra mile to give the best service to the guest. Swimming pool, gym & spa also available in this hotel. Definitely will comeback to this hotel & highly recommended if you want to feel best hotel service in Serang. Minor thing is?: room facility.️. Furniture inside the room, is very old, stained at sofa, torn curtain and AC not working well. Maybe need renovation for all that things. Sorry for 4 stars review. Maybe after change all furniture & room facility, I wil give 5 stars review. Overall staying in this hotel is wonderful because of outstanding service from the crew to the guest. Keep the good work. Breakfast with plenty of choices. Its location within walking distance to Mesjid Agung. Lot's of food stalls along the way. Everything feels great! It was on the day when they have third anniversary. They invited orphans to stay and having some event with those kids, so sweet.

Strategic location, quiet and easy to access. Mall and food always available near you.
