Villa in Butte-Montmartre

Very bad location. Not suitable for tourist. It's a black area. Many refugees and drug addict at this place. Quit far which is 7 mins walk to metro station. No matter how need to pass through the black area.

We stayed in a family room with private toilet. It was at the roof top level with a very nice view. Everything was excellent except for the fact that there is no lift provided. We had to carry our 20kg luggage all the way to 6th floor! When I ask the receptionist, she said we can leave our luggage at the luggage room. What?

The place was very convenient in terms of distance to the Metro and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. There are so many shops nearby, from thrift shops to cafes to groceries to boulangeries and many more. The breakfast was decent, but it would be nicer if they could add fresh options. The room size is generally bigger than what you can find at that price in Paris. Also having an elevator makes it a good choice. It is clean although you can tell that the hotel room is a bit old. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good services dan near eiffel tower.

Very bad hotel. during 2 nights stay at this hotel the electricity always goes off at least 3 times a day. The receptionist was not very friendly, even the janitor at this hotel was very unfriendly. Please don't stay in this bad hotel !!!
