Over all nice, cons in breakfast, not all you can eat but optional by menu.

The room is not spacious though, but so comfy and luxurious especially the bathroom. I love it. It should be 4 stars hotel. When I come everything is like new, the sanity, towel and the blanket good smell. The lights are best. I love it. I will come again when I want. Have to mark this hotel.

For hotel price Rp. 500.000/night (deluxe room). There is no water boiled in room. At ibis style woth price 475/night there is water boiled in room. No recommendedfor this hotel. Breakfast also bad. I was breakfast at 9 tbe food not refilled yet. The taste also not good for fried rice and sphagety (asam).

Didn't open the door when I arrived even though I already informed it in advance and they acknowledged it. The door gate only open until 24 midnight. It's hard to go in/out. Not professional. Too dark.

Air conditioner room was not cool even shift to other room at the same class and room was very smell, tidy, finally accepted CS suggestions to upgrade room class by cash. It is really not polite to push customer for comfortable room.

This HOTEL Room so not comfy and not even the same room as pictured in the descriptions. Very Dissapointed!
