Cons. - waiting for check in from 14.20 and get room key at 15.10. - only given 1 key room. - for deluxe suite at @IDR 1,2 mm only get 1 free breakfast with very limited food selection, the coffee machine was broken and chef who make egg at breakfast is continuously coughing without putting mask on. - limited list of in room TV channel. - small swimming pool and no hotel gym. - order 4 drinks at lounge, 2 of 4 are incorrect and get returned. Pro. - get complimentary drinks & food. - get 4 bottles of mineral water. - spacious room for deluxe suite. - free parking. - strategic hotel with lots of near restaurant. Summary: good hotel for business trip/meeting but not for family staycation.

Check in jam 10 lewat, baru boleh masuk jam 11. Gara-gara katanya kemalaman. Bosnya lagi tidur, jadi gak berani bangunin. Padahal di aplikasi sudah jelas check in maksimal jam 12 malam. Kami dari Palembang, bawa anak bayi 2 tahun. Kasian anak kami nunggu di luar.
