Strategic location at the entrance to TMII. Hotel facilities are quite complete.
Unfortunately, I booked a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. Every time I used the toilet, an unpleasant odor entered the room, and the blower was broken. Hopefully, things will improve after the renovation.

I thought Oakwood was nice and luxurious, like other Oakwoods. But I was wrong.
Please pay attention to the swimming pool access to the elevator.
The floor I stayed on smelled of garbage. It was fixed after I reprimanded them. My room was also damp. The pool floor has loose stones, which is dangerous for children. My child once slipped his foot in the pool, and the floor also came loose.
The bottom line is that I had high expectations for my stay here because it's under the Oakwood name, but I understand that it needs to be fixed and improved.
I hope this can be improved. Remember, this isn't about putting down the hotel, but about improving it. Complaint.

good location, not too far from where we live. walking distance to green terrace so no worries about meals etc. we were here once when it was still called santika hotel. Oakwood definitely has a different vibe. more modern & chic. we booked a room in advance & asked for a bday cake for our nephew. they delivered. we're allowed to check in early & check out late. the only downside was the shower situation. setiap mandi air nya meleber keseluruh toilet jd basah & becek takut kepleset. bfast menu banyak & enak. setelah berenang kami mau ambil bbrp makanan masih dibolehkan. very2 kind & friendly staff they got. surely will come back!

The staff is very friendly and pick our bags fast and bring it to the room. They also help us to deliver package into our room. Food is good, location is great because near Foodhall (Green Terrace) also near At Tin Mosque.

Friendly staff during check in, the kids really like the kids corner area, but it's a shame their request wasn't fulfilled. Overall it's good, everything is clean, comfortable, the AC is cold, everything is good.

The room is so cozy and clean. The food really taste well, I ordered Beef Teriyaki and Satay and its really delicious and savory. Hotel staff are all hospitable and accomodating the receptionist, the restaurant attendant and even the one who created the delivery for in room services since I was not able to finish my meal. And plus points for me is the welcoming greetings upon entering the room, how thoughtful the hotel management is. It is also near taman Mini Museum so it’s worth to stay at. I was able to exercise a little considering the short period of my stay in Indonesia. I felt welcomed and valued as a guest even if I’m a foreigner. The location is really good and accesible to all. Thank you Oakwood and will definitely come back again!
