Good hotel in a serviced apartment setup, for the price I paid we received a 2 bedroom unit with kitchen bench-top and fridge, no cooking utilities/appliances, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, key-less entry and good parking, ac in living room and 2 bedrooms, good for family.

I can't say it was a pleasant stay. I asked for a connecting room when I booked, but they couldn't provide one. I can understand due to the high traffic. But what disappointed me the most is that there is no actual swimming pool in ibis, but they share a picture of the swimming pool on their profile. The swimming pool belongs to the trans-luxury hotel. However, the front office said we could access the swimming pool if we booked an executive room. So, I took it. I want to upgrade my room. I was desperate when the staff said she couldn't help to upgrade my room because I booked with the app and not booked directly by the hotel. So, I begged, and she started calling the hotel management, and finally, I could upgrade my room. But, for me overall the service is not good enough. My access key had continuous errors; When I was on the 21st floor and wanted to enter the room, the key error had to go down, and it repeated during my stay there. Not to mention toilet malfunction. Overall The staffs are not friendly enough except the restaurant staff.

Some issues. I know that it is an old hotel, but didn't expect it would be that awful. Stayed for 2 nights, 3 rooms, should have gotten the best as booking more rooms 2 nights. It was outing for teachers of kindergarten I have. 1. Smelly 3rd floor, like salted fish kind of smell, goes along to some extent to the room. 2. Bathroom in 321 cannot open from inside, imagine if the guest was just staying alone could have locked up for the whole day. Asked to repair but still not fixed. 3. Extra beds for 2 rooms, each charged like 75 % of full room. 1 blanket had a hole as big as our head. One highlight I liked from staying here was your car got wiped clean in the morning and it has Olympic size? Swimming pool.
