Lorin Sentul Hotel

The hotel was comfortable. The staff were friendly, but the room windows were frosted so I couldn't enjoy the view.

Favorite family vacation for the 3rd time visiting Lorin. In 2026 there was a sofa bed, mini fridge, water heater, spacious room, 7/10 great, view of the swimming pool and circuit. At 7 pm the live music concert was really cool, I like it. The most surprising thing every time I visit Lorin is always meeting sports athletes: #1 (women's national soccer team), #2 (national futsal team), #3 (Semen Padang team). Enter a little for check-in, it would be better if there were 3 receptionists, yes, all 3 should be open service so the queue is not long. For those who bring a car, you have to be extra patient to find parking because every weekend the car park is full.

My stay at Lorin Sentul was excellent. I booked a deluxe room and was upgraded at no additional cost. The breakfast was also varied.

The cleanliness needed to be improved. The room was dusty, the sink was clogged, the pool water was cloudy, foamy, and full of leaves, and the showerhead was slippery and mossy. The children's toys in the playroom were all broken.

The room was a bit dirty, and the food was lacking in flavor. It's a shame to claim it's a 4-star hotel. Other than those two things, the rest was quite satisfactory.

The front desk was friendly, but I was a little concerned about the sign in the parking area that said the hotel isn't responsible for lost items. My wife and I happened to be bringing a motorcycle yesterday, and the open parking was a bit worrying, as we were planning a vacation, as the parking lot and security staff seemed indifferent. But it was okay for the promotional price on the app.

The security and doorman were very kind and friendly upon arrival. The room was not soundproof, I deliberately booked the cheapest room because I already knew the deluxe room type. The room was very outdated, with many cracks in several corners of the walls, the sheets were also dirty with stains, and the AC had to be on for hours to feel cold. The water in the swimming pool was dirty and not clear. The BF variety was less interesting, and the taste was also mediocre. I happened to try both restaurants at the time, because Lorin Syariah and Lorin Hotel have different restaurants. It was indeed busy, perhaps the kitchen staff was in a hurry to wash the dishes so some of the cutlery was still dirty. The plus points at this hotel are spacious parking, cool even in the blazing heat, and fast Wi-Fi in all areas.
