Very comfortable and convenient to stay in Panda, various outdoor activities for kids, the kiddos enjoyed it a lot and cried in the last day of staying because my little one did not want to go homeπ

Check in: a quick check in (around 5-10mins), but a few of guests was angry, they already in queue for about 1 hour. I came 4.30pm. Room panda deluxe: Big room, clean, looks like a new room. We can park our car in front of the room (request room with odd number, it has better view rather than even number). Bathroom: clean, but there is a puddle of due to the uneven floor. Breakfast: not too special. Entertainment: full of fun, complete attraction and games. Kids so happy. Really a family hotel, one stop full entertainment hotel. Staff: helpful and nice

Great experience staying at the hotel. A lot of activates can be done, my son was very happy: feeding the animals, swimming in the water park.

Stayed at Leopard Executive. The picture is much more better than the reality, the room is rather small, and the amenities in the toilets is super bare minimun. Breakfast is also super standard. I would suggest to go Panda or even Giraffe compared to Leopard. The Kids facilities and others in the hotel is as expected, you don't have to go out much and can spend up to 2 days just inside and enjoy it.

This hotel is good for family vacation. The room is clean, the food was great and staffs were friendly. My lil girl had fun exploring & learning about animal. However, we came at the weekend & school holiday which made the hotel was so crowded, and also took so long for us to arrive at the hotel due to traffic. I think they need to add more buggy car to help people move around.

I got zebra 02 villa where just side of service road inside the hotel so I could hear clearly the commuting cars. It is old villa, require to replace the furnitures. The breakfast was marvelous with tons of varieties of food. Cleanliness is to be improved, we found some hair around floor trap in toilet from previous tenants. Surrounding hotel so many local stalls/hawker & chain restaurant so you can easily pick up your choice.

Nyaman banget. Tempat nya juga kids friendly. Hanya saja dengan harga segini semua bayar lagi. Bahkan playground kecil dan aga kurang terawat pun bayar lagi. Alangkah baik nya Kuala Lumpur seperti playground kecil ada yang free

Wish they have more water animal such as dolphin, penguin maybe, like in jakarta aquarium which is in the same safari group. And for kids train and bumper car should be renewable because it already soak. And for public facilities toilet should be attention cause quite smell bad. Thanks.

As usual that I love this hotel because the facilities are okay and kids friendly. But in this time I don't like with the breakfast. It ' s not usual related with the taste. I was be there more than. 10 times. But in this time it ' s not my expectations.
