Hotels in Medan

Room service has to improve, I should have taken photo of the chip that was on the carpet under the small table beside the bed. Toilet was still smelly upon arriving.

Two nights of nightmare, I couldn't sleep properly. Reach the hotel almost midnight on the first day and tried to get a good rest, but the hotel is so noisy, could hear noises from rooms surrounding; Doors banging, furnitures scratching on the floor, toilet flush. Worst still, at 8AM the housekeeping staff has started making the room up and they literally moving the bed back and forth in the process, making such bad noises against the textured floor. Those noises come from rooms on top, left and right! Tried to complain to the front desk, but it doesn't help. No duty manager in place because it was saturday? Very bad experience, suggesting you'd better find other hotel if you try to catch a good night sleep.

Good location, fast chek in and polite staff.

Stayed in the room with balcony, when it rain the balcony was flooded with raindrops from the ceiling, the room quite narrow for a deluxe room with an odd shape of the wardrobe it barely can't fit anything, the bathroom was marvelous very spacious which it think it better to be in a smaller size to give extra room to the bedroom itself, the balcony point out to the pool which very nice, but things need to be improved is the entrace which for me the spiral entrance to the P8 level parking lot was so scary especially at night. The rest was nice. Breakfast was good.

Nice place with good price. Enjoyable. Nice staff and, I'm vegetarian, they provide for me nice meal.

Although it's an old hotel but my guest from Korea loves it because of convenient and strategic location. Maybe need to do some renovations at the outside of the hotel in the future.

Overall, it is good. Just the menu variety in the restaurant and taste need to be improved.

I think time for renovation. Hotel size is very good.

The room was good, clean, cool air con, bed sheet was clean the staffs were nice.

The hotel has mall too so its easy to buy meals or other drink and it is near to everywhere.
