Quick check in, room clean and comfy. Slight issue with the lighting but was promptly resolved by the staff. Breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again!

Get upgraded to Deluxe room which is very spacious and nice. The room is clean and comfortable. There are variety of breakfast menu and taste good. The staff is friendly, helpful and nice. Easy to find restaurants with good food, exit the back door and find Jalan Selat Panjang. Will come back again.

Two nights of nightmare, I couldn't sleep properly. Reach the hotel almost midnight on the first day and tried to get a good rest, but the hotel is so noisy, could hear noises from rooms surrounding; Doors banging, furnitures scratching on the floor, toilet flush. Worst still, at 8AM the housekeeping staff has started making the room up and they literally moving the bed back and forth in the process, making such bad noises against the textured floor. Those noises come from rooms on top, left and right! Tried to complain to the front desk, but it doesn't help. No duty manager in place because it was saturday? Very bad experience, suggesting you'd better find other hotel if you try to catch a good night sleep.

Everything was almost perfect. Such as the service, the staff kindness, the cleanliness, the food, etc. Except for my expectation towards the gym facilities which I saw in the first place when I decided to rent a room in this hotel. The gym room was good but the majority of machines were not. The gym has only cardio machines which were outta gym standard, the home version of 3 in 1 lat-pull-down and leg press machine which cannot be used, the gym ball, and the very light dumbbells, he-he. The heaviest dumbbell there was 8 kg, so. If you're a gym rat, don't expect your daily routine to be continued here. P. S. This hotel were under some renovations by the time we rented this, so it was very understandable if they are lacking in some aspects by the time I wrote this review. The best thing this hotel has, was their food and their staff. Speaking of the staff, from security guard, cleaning staff, receptionist, to the chef. Were very helpful, polite, kind. Keep up the good work and please improve the gym ๐๐ผ๐ช๐ผ๐๐ผโบ.
