Oh my God the rooms so dirty, and have a bad smell. Have to wait 15 minutes waiting the staff for coming.

Room dirty, lobby toilet disgusting. If you can improve your cleanliness you can increase room rate. If you stay what you are now, your hotel always be low and cheap option for visitor.

No welcome drink (come on man, this is a 5 star hotel) clogged floor drain so bad. Noisy AC at the night like sleeping in the factory. Unpolite staff, especially those riding buggy. Definetely not coming back. Thank you for the very unpleasant 2 night stay.

Overall the facilities meet expectation to 5 star hotel. Clean room, staff hospitality, efficieny check in/out, kids facilities and beach access are all great. Suitable if you are travelling with kids. One note is to the food, we did try room service food and Paon Bali Restaurant. It doesn't meet value for money. Breakfast menu is okay but in the second day it does not excite us anymore.
