Even though it was already after 10 PM on a busy weekend, the front desk team was incredibly patient and genuinely did everything they could to help with my request. The staff were all super helpful and flexible with communicating in Bahasa Indonesia and English. The rooms were comfortable and had no noise disturbances from nearby rooms. If you have business at the BNDCC, Grand Whiz has a little gate at the back open from 7 am to 7 pm that was such a blessing to have. It made the distance even closer! The food suited my dietary needs however, I would love to see an upgrade to the breakfast buffet though. I hope to be back next time.
