The best experience staying here, all the hotel facilities are complete, very suitable for a stayedcation with family, very kids friendly, children can swim as much as they want in the swimming pool and also go straight to the beach because the beach is right behind the hotel. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed! If you stay here, you don't have to go anywhere else, really. I was here for 3 nights with 1 toddler and 1 infant, and very regret that I couldn't stay longer because I had to catch a flight. They have perfect service, excellent private beach, amazing kids club, huge pool, even baby sitter! We took family suite room and the kids loved it, just like we stay on a tree house or in a ship! Breakfast was vary and very delicious, they have the best cappuccino. However, if you want to order food from outside by GoFood or GrabFood, be prepare to walk to security (not in the lobby) to get it. But they can bring a package delivered to your room, and they helped us printing our documents needed for flying overseas. Plus, they have hospital right across the hotel, if you need anything emergency and taking covid test. Our stay was perfect! Definitely will comeback!
