Villa in Sukabumi City Center

Booked the queen bed room but when we arrived at the hotel they gave us the twin bed instead even though we already paid for the queen bed room. They say the room sold out already but hey we already paid for the accommodation, book the queen bed and in the request section we specifically said we want the queen bed. Bad service, won't be back again.

I tried to looked positive throughout the stay, but the only thing that I liked was the staff, first I booked this specific room type and the first time I opened the door, the toilet odor was bizarre, don't have a proper vent and thinking about staying in a room smelling like toilet makes me nauseous, so I asked for an upgrade for a more proper room (I paid), the conclusion about the room was, you need to paid extra 100k just for a vent, and paid 200k to a decent room, I choose the decent 200k extra 🤗. The second room was okay, but the water heater and shower just not working properly, so I needed to squat down and showered from the faucet 😅. As food wise, they didn't serve a large variety, but taste okay.

As a budget hotel, the room and bathroom are quite comfortable, and clean. Wi-Fi connection is good as well. The hotel has coffee shop that serves fried rice etc with reasonable prices. The location is not far from Alun-alun, around 1,5 km.

Worth the price. Old style hotel with supacious space. Nearby mini market and main road. The only concern is need to change the bed sheet with new one. Almost all side of bed sheet already yellowish.

Hotel Taman Sari is comfort to stay in, a few days with family. Good location and easy to find food (near places from hotel). My kids enjoy holiday in Sukabumi. Thanks

Was good place to stay but the location not too good. Internet was up and down.
