On arrival, without prior notice from front desk, the pool wasn't cleaned yet, it's so dirty, although I was checked in at 4pm (2 hours late). It took 4hrs (5pm-9pm) for their staff to clean and refill the pool. Kids were upset for unable to swim, while parents couldn't rest because the pool staffs were strolling in and out of our cottage for doing their job. After the pool was ready, we're all so tired. Nothing else we could do other than sleep. In the next morning, we thought the pool was ready to use. Some kids already jumped in, but then suddenly came out of the pool. They said the water wasn't good, some were coughing, some with red eyes. I was shocked when I found the water was murky and smelly. There was too much chlorine in it. So again, I called the front desk to fix this issue. The staff arrived, and checked. Their pool staff forgot to put the water filter last night, and perhaps didn't check the color and its chlorine level after refilled the pool. So unprofessional. I talked to the manager, asked For compensation. I demand extra hours for staying. I didn't need any refund or discounts. I just wanted what I've paid for. Fortunately, they were letting us stayed a lil longer and checking out at 5pm.
