Villas in Tasikmalaya

Quite clean for the bedroom, we took a deluxe queen room excluding breakfast. The hotel facility quite good, staff friendly, pool roomy enough

Came with my spouse and kid. We arrived at 6PM, check in process and requesting an extra bed for our son is without any hassle. Room is neat, toilet is clean, bed and pillow are great but what shocked us is there is no refrigerator inside the room as we already bought sodas and water. As for room that need to be improve, hopefully there is mini fridge, upper shelf (the black shelf above the mineral water & hot pot) is very dusty I can swipe my finger and see the separation of dust. And most important for us is the quality of your TV channels is very bad. All channel is grainy, please lah we are in digital era now you can simply put antenna receiver and use digital converter for this. I do understand that you are using mnc cable facility please you can do better than this. Breakfast experience is great especially the local dishes such as nasi cikur and nasi kuning. It just need a proper position to showcase the stand to make guest notice the stand. All and all, it was great experience to stay at santika tasikmalaya.

Bad experience with bathroom where the shower pressure is very low; Tried to complain with technician but there was no follow up after he checked the water flow from the shower that was very weak.

The room is clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel location is close to famous food and city center. Quality of food during breakfast need to be improved.
