Villa in East Nusa Tenggara

Oh my God, there is a bloodstain everywhere. In bathroom, bedsheet, everywhere. It so un higiene. So bad for this hotel. Please check every corner before you sleep. I was so tired that I realize that in the morning. One star.

The Fotos look much better than in real. Everything has seen better times. All seems to be run down a bit. The promoprice was okay and it should not have been more expensive. The Pool area looked a bit dangerous because of nails showing out of the Plastikpanels. We had a lot of problems with the door to the room. They had to repair it three times at least changing the Elektronik.

Over all nice hotel but make sure you don't stay on top floor. Very loud music. Couldn't sleep at night.

Room was not very clean, lighting is like a clinic, railing on balcony was about to fall off, it was a death trap waiting to happen, nor did it have chair to sit on the balcony. The bathroom flooded in the night, it had beautiful ikat on the walls, unfortunately was covered in cling film.

Pouring down with water before midnight, air conditioning blocking. Door not working when we tap they, has to go back downstairs to get manual key. Bathroom floor not clean. There is greasy floor. Needs maintenance. It was gap on the door you could see out side. I did cover with a shirt when I'm in the room. We were move to another room but even worse because wash basin has leaking tap and water running throughout and wet the floor. Sorry I can't suggest anyone to stay but I just want to share my experience.

The hotel is very beautiful and the views from the balcony are stunning. Food from restaurant and breakfast were very good. Only disappointment was the visit to the spa: all over the hotel there was advertising saying 25 percent discount at spa between 11am and 3pm, when I called they said they only open at 5pm (what's the point of advertising this discount then?). Well there was also a 30 percent discount offered for the evening which I also wasn't able to receive because the massage therapist wanted to go home at 7.30 and therefore did let me book only a 1h massage (advertised opening hours for the spa was closing at 11pm). However I would stay at the hotel again, just not using their spa service which is a shame because it is a very nice designed spa.

Good hotel with clean room and best breakfast but wifi to slow and poor connection inside room.

Had a great time staying here! The room was clean! We had a balcony facing to the forest. We even saw some monkeys! The staff were so friendly and helpful! I really recommended this place!

Nice place to stay. Clean. Have a modern room with balcony bed. Near two big hospitals.
