I stayed in a Lawu room (glamping style). Notes for improvement: 1. From 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., the room felt warm and hot, perhaps because the glamping room is a tarpaulin style. I just now understand why they provide two air conditioners (split and portable). However, around 12 p.m., when the fog starts to descend, it becomes cooler and cooler again. It would be nice if there was an additional heat-resistant layer on the outside of the glamping room. 2. The main breakfast dish (chicken) was very slow to be refilled, running out several times and having to wait for another one. However, I appreciate the restaurant for making it. Besides the two points above, everything else was excellent. Complete facilities, friendly and responsive service. Thank you very much.

My stay here with my husband and 4-year-old son was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly. I checked in late at 2:30 AM, but the staff was still friendly and escorted me to my room. The room was clean, didn't smell musty, and the pillows didn't smell either. The bathroom was also clean. My son also enjoyed it. The breakfast was delicious, with all the spices in it. I was very satisfied with my stay here 😍

Premier Inn Doha Airport

We came to the hotel because we have a connecting flight with an 11-hour gap in Qatar. The staff was very, very friendly and the hotel is very close to the airport. A taxi from the airport costs around 40 Qatari Riyal because it was late at night and there was no airport shuttle. However, in the morning, they do have a free airport shuttle; would recommend coming 15 minutes earlier. Restaurants and a mini market nearby the hotel are open 24 hours and very convenient. From the taxi until the restaurant and mini market, they all accept credit cards, so there is no need to buy Qatari Riyal for transactions. The best part is they do have a family room with 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Great stay, even though only for a short period. Thank you.

Good established hotel with private beach and pool. Check in was good. Front desk Heni was very warm and friendly. Even upgraded us to a suite room. Room has seaview with balcony. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is very good.

Always a good stay there because of the selection of great bars available within the same roof. Also, hats off to the housekeeping team who saved my smartwatch that was left behind at the hotel room for me to pick it up at my own convenience. Highly appreciated. A good hotel to rest with a reasonable price when I stayed. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. I checked in at 01:00 am, the hotel staff were alert and friendly in doing the check in process very quickly. Highly recommend the hotel and I will choose Sapphire Plaza Hotel if I return to Doha.
