It's so comfortable, it's a favorite place to get away. I love the mini pool where you can play in the water, and the tent concept makes it comfortable.

A very pleasant hotel, with its staff, location, and ambiance. Before arriving, the staff reached out via WhatsApp. Requesting a cake slice for a birthday, we ended up getting a decoration. The staff were 100% friendly. If there were any issues, they were quick to fix them. Will definitely return here in the future.

I stayed in Bhaus villa with my family. We all had a good time at the villa. The staff were helpful. I have one concern though. The corner of the footstep on the pool was sharp and creating a safety hazard. Overall, my stay was incredible.

The room is cool, spacious, feels really calm, the lighting is good even though there are lots of trees, it's comfortable.

The staff was very communicative, and they provided location information before arrival, which was very helpful for first-time visitors like me. The rooms were comfortable and there were no disturbances. Guests were asked to choose a meal plan, and the options were delicious.

The place is cool, it really feels like your own villa, so it's really comfortable for family gatherings.

It's actually a nice place, but it's not well maintained. Many things are broken, the sofas are very dirty, the pool is dirty, and the pool decking is badly damaged.

I stayed here in June 2026. This wasn't my first time; I stayed here in 2022 because it was closest to my event venue, so I stayed here again. - I booked two cottages with three bedrooms each, for 12 people, for around 6 million rupiah. - There were no signs leading to the location, requiring a narrow road for large vehicles (why wasn't the villa's main gate broken down to allow straight access??), even though it actually went straight through. - There were many billboards on the narrow road, cars parked left and right, unable to get through, and no one was directing the traffic. I wonder what all the staff there were thinking? - There was a wedding or something like that going on that day, so maybe the staff were all out, and it was noisy and uncomfortable. - I was with three adults, one elderly person, and two toddlers (in one car). I was checking in. My babysitter was looking after the baby, my elderly mother was looking after my other child, and my husband had to unload the luggage from the car alone (staff members passed by but only watched, not helping at all, let alone carrying it). We complained first, and then a trolley was brought. Only one female staff member was available at the front desk. We asked for it to be taken to our room because we had a long walk, so she pulled the trolley, which wasn't the standard shape of a hotel luggage trolley. Then, on the way, the luggage fell from the trolley onto the street. What happened? The PS5 we were carrying just fell off. Of course, my husband was angry, because there was no initiative to help at all from any of the staff present at the time. Bad experience. Bad staff.
