Sim requires going to exchange points in Singapore to get the sim. However, in Singapore, it is difficult to travel to the sim receiving points while there is no network, so you need to buy esim. Buy but can't use

It can be used in most ASEAN countries, and my most important considerations are that it stays active for 30 days and, last but not least, the price. Most cellular providers in my hometown only offer 7–10 days of roaming. Even after I return to Indonesia, I can still use it until the expiry date.

Must be aware of the word “city pick up”, ended up i had to buy 2 sim card cuz one of need cannot be picked up in airport

Please read reviews before buying. I don't know if I should buy a city pickup, it's so tiring. Go to the airport or buy it on Agoda. It's better. It takes 45 minutes to check in.

I did not receive the sim when I went to the counter in Singapore.

Go straight to the counter, show the exchange barcode, ask for your passport and it will be given straight away. It's that simple,

obviously choose airport pickup, but directed to the city and in the city it is very difficult to find a place to redeem the voucher because it is only available in certain places. The exchange process is also long.

The QR code was expired so I have to call CS to resend me the New QR. Was a bit anxious about it yet the CS handled it well
