10:15 Walk to Hong Kong Heritage Museum (only includes visiting permanent exhibitions/taking group photos)

11:00 Take a tour bus to visit the ancient houses in Wong Uk Estate, Sha Tin (take group photos)

12:00 Conduct a tofu workshop and enjoy Japanese set meals at the "KATACHI Restaurant" on the ground floor of Regal Riverside Hotel in Sha Tin and then dismiss
