Alhamdulillah, it's a fun ride for the family. Even though the Sakura ride is new, it is interesting. Minimania rides broaden children's knowledge. Dairyland Mini Zoo is also quite interesting. All areas are clean and well maintained. 🤩👍

So after buying tickets on Traveloka online, it turns out you have to queue with people who bought tickets offline. Which is what to do? You've bought online but you have to queue to exchange the hardcopy ticket. Please Traveloka, help to improve this kind of experience.

For the ticketing process is very smooth and easy. The experience while in the area is also quite pleasant. It's just a bit unfortunate is the condition of some of the animals displayed and their cages. Some animals are in a worrying condition, unhealthy. The cages are clean, well maintained, just less natural. Maybe the cages should be adjusted to the animal's habitat in nature.

It's a fun place, it's a pity that there's also a queue for e-ticket exchange, you don't have your own e-ticket exchange counter, if it's quiet it's nice but if there's a lot of people you can queue for a long time..

The security personnel in the outside area has a bad attitude. He simply sat on the chair without providing me any information about the parking area. I had to step out of my car to find information about the parking area, which resulted in a long queue forming behind my car. I kindly request that you establish a more efficient parking system and ensure that your staff members are humble and attentive to customers. I am extremely disappointed with the current situation.
