I'm so happy I was able to buy tickets to KidzZona via the app. Not only is it cheaper, but it also means you don't have to wait in front of customer service for a long time; you can just exchange your voucher. The kids are thrilled because the play area is super complete and, God willing, it's very safe.

It's so much fun playing here that the kids don't want to go home. The staff are very friendly, there are lots of educational toys too. The kids are so happy playing here.

The staff is responsive, although there aren't many. The rides are varied, but mostly geared towards children aged 3 and up. The place is clean, and waiting for your kids to play is easy, as there are plenty of comfortable seating areas.

It's really worth buying tickets through the app. It's way cheaper than the on-site price. The play area is fun, with lots of options, clean, and comfortable. The waiting area for companions is comfortable, there are plenty of clean lockers, and the girls are friendly. We even got to play games together. It was fun, and worth it 👍🏻

In my opinion, this is the most complete playground in Balikpapan. The place is spacious, there are lots of rides, and it's very comfortable for parents to relax inside because there's a mini cafe, beanbags, etc. Baby happy, mommy happy, definitely coming back here again.
