The National Museum of Indonesia (MNI), managed by the Indonesian Heritage Agency (IHA), is an important institution in the effort to preserve and provide insights into the cultural wealth of the archipelago.

I visited the National Museum of Indonesia (Museum Nasional) one morning and was genuinely impressed by its scale and cultural depth. The main building features classic Western colonial architecture, while inside, you'll find thousands of artifacts spanning from prehistoric times and Hindu-Buddhist kingdoms to the diverse cultures of islands like Java, Kalimantan, and Papua. The highlight for me was the Hindu stone sculpture section, showcasing statues over a thousand years old, along with ancient archaeological relics excavated across Indonesia. Allocate at least 2–3 hours if you want to explore the entire museum.

I'm so happy. If you've already purchased your ticket through the app, there's no need to exchange it. Just scan the barcode and you can go straight in. So, no need to queue anymore🌸. The museum is really well-maintained and very clean. There are quite a lot of places to sit if you want to take a break. It's very spacious so you don't have to crowd in one place.

Can't say it's the best, but very nice aquarium to visit in Jakarta! Our little girls loved the mermaid show. To bad the mermaids performance was a bit too short. Just found the last exhibition (Main Tank) pretty boring.

Overall, the immersive experience is good, but it's lacking in terms of duration and content, but for Jakarta and similar types of entertainment, this doesn't exist yet. Hopefully, the duration and content of the videos will be increased in the future.
