The staff and staff there are friendly and helpful, and purchasing tickets is easy, as they're available online without waiting in line. The museum's facilities are safe, comfortable, and clean. There are information and directions throughout the museum.

Since I didn't get an immersion ticket, I'd say it's much better than before the fire. Cleaner. More organized.

I love history, this museum is different from the previous one, especially for those who love history, it will be more meaningful, many ancient artifacts, plus explanations in Indonesian and English, while reading and seeing while learning history as if it were live. This time the changes are very good, so it can be categorized as an international museum, Indonesia is also not far behind, there is even a collaboration of many cultures, I am satisfied and hopefully the changes will be even better in the future.

A fun experience for children to learn about culture and history. The duration of the screening could be extended a little more so that children can enjoy it more fully.

The check-in process is easy, the QR code from the application can be used directly to get in, the cleanliness of the location is very well maintained, but there are not enough directions to direct visitors to the rides to visit.

An exciting experience enjoying the intrusive etc., seeing history that can help children learn about the experiences of heroes in the past, both from weapons and other relics that may no longer be found in the current era.

The National Museum of Indonesia is truly impressive! We arrived early, just before it opened at 8am. 🥰 and it was already crowded. Don't worry, there's a spacious parking area in the basement, a prayer room, and clean restrooms. If you've purchased tickets online, just scan the barcode at the museum entrance. It turns out it's incredibly spacious inside, not scary, but very informative and attractive! It's really fun. By the way, make sure you teach your children not to touch random objects in the museum. For example, statues. Unfortunately, when I visited yesterday, many children and even adults were touching and leaning on statues, even though they were strictly prohibited. Don't do that, okay? 🥲🙏 By the way, the museum area also has escalators and elevators, so it's friendly to all ages. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome inside the National Museum. By the way, since we'd purchased immersive tickets, we queued 15 minutes before our chosen time. Don't forget to wear socks, as you'll have to take off your shoes in the immersion area, and it's quite cold (air-conditioned). I don't think telling you enough about it is enough...so it's better to come in person 😍🙏 Hope this is helpful.
