voucher redemption process is quick and easy. reception is friendly. 90mins service was adequate and thorough. guests were loud during service, it was 4PM. changing room upstair was a little smelly.

Sorry maybe because the customer situation is crowded so the therapist is too tired... So the service is not maximal. 1.5hrs means nothing at all... Rushed and didn't enjoy the massage well.

Previously, I had a good therapist. But for now, the therapist seems to be new, so what are you confused about? petting? Usually the therapist can be held if there is a tense muscle. This is not at all, even though I have said my shoulders are sore. It's like wasting 2 hours for nothing.
