All you need to prepare is a yoga mat and you'll be ready to practice!

I’m passionately guiding people to find their “growth” through their yoga practice on the mat, expand their awareness through their body and their breathing, and create a mental space with it. I hope to connect with more people through this platform to help them improve their wellbeing during this period.
As an entrepreneur, a yoga teacher, and a woman, I first found growth through my yoga practice, and thus being a yoga teacher is the greatest gift I've ever chosen.
