Tour stops and meal times will be adjusted according to the traffic conditions of the day

If it rains, we will depart as usual

The peak season for cherry blossoms is from early March to early April. The state of cherry blossoms will change due to weather conditions. If the cherry blossoms are not in good condition on the day of the tour, no refund will be provided

We will arrange to stay at the Shin Kabakawa Kanko Hotel or Hotel Second Stage or a hotel of a similar level. If you cannot check-in due to full occupancy or other reasons, you will be changed to another hotel of the same level. Guests are not allowed to ask for compensation or refunds if their hotel is changed

The venue may be repaired or closed due to the situation of the day. The organizer has the right to decide whether each venue can be visited or not. Guests are not allowed to ask for refunds if the tour attractions are changed due to closure or repairs

On the day of departure, if the restaurant is temporarily closed or full, or if other factors make it impossible to go to the restaurant, we will go to another restaurant, and guests may not raise any objections or ask for refunds for this reason

There are certain risks and potential dangers in outdoor activities. When considering accepting any activities included in the tour group or provided during the journey, guests must evaluate whether they are capable of participating according to their own health or ability. In the event of an accident due to force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unavoidable factors, the company's employees and related personnel will do their utmost to help; but neither the company nor its members shall bear any responsibility for the injured or casualties

If a guest does not eat beef, please indicate this to the customer service department before booking. The tour guide will try to arrange meals other than beef for the relevant guests on the day

A fluent English-, Chinese-, or Cantonese-speaking tour guide is available to accompany the group. If we change the meeting time and location of the tour, you will be contacted by WhatsApp/Wechat/Line and other communication methods. Please look out for communications from us!

Change policy: For groups traveling 2 days or more with us: within 7 days (inclusive) before departure, 100% of the payment will be charged; within 10 days (inclusive) before departure, a 50% handling fee will be charged; 14 days before departure (inclusive), a 20% handling fee will be charged
