To do so, you must show your passport and exchange the MCO (Miscellaneous Charges Order) or E-ticket you received during the reservation process at a JR Exchange Office. Be sure to complete this within 90 days of your purchase.

2. Delivery Method

For convenience, you can also opt to have the pass delivered directly to your address before your trip. This service is available for residents in Indonesia, ensuring you receive the Exchange Order (MCO) before you depart. Shipping can be done on the same day if the order is made before 14.00 on a weekday.

After making the purchase in Traveloka, Japantrips will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order. You then can choose the Exchange Order claim, either by pickup or delivery.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: The pass is only available to foreign tourists holding a Temporary Visitor visa. Japanese citizens or residents are not eligible.
• Validity: The pass is valid for 7 consecutive calendar days (midnight to midnight) once activated.
• Non-transferable: The pass can only be used by the individual named on the Exchange Order (MCO) and is non-transferable.
• Exchange Deadline: Once you receive the Exchange Order, please keep it well and be sure to bring it to Japan. The Exchange Order must be exchanged for a physical JR Pass at a JR Exchange Office within 90 days of purchase.
