tried to confirmed since day -3 but didnt get any. called the driver so many times but no respond. last minute the driver showed up without confirmation (even traveloka cant and didnt confirm) and we were rushing with 1 hour late because we thought the driver was no-show. traveloka is not reliable and not giving any certainty. no confirmation. no clarification. this sucks!
