As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk of endangering your physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical reasons. Depending on local congestion and road conditions, your stay at Murodo may be shortened.

If you apply for 3 people in 1 room, we will provide you with an extra bed (sofa bed or cot) in the twin room.

The rooms for the first night do not have baths. Please use the large public bath.

As you will be carrying your own luggage while traversing the Alpine Route, we recommend packing compactly for easier mobility.

We offer a service to send one piece of luggage per group from the first night's hotel to your home. Please be aware of this when preparing your luggage. * Only one piece per group (up to 25kg / total of three sides up to 120cm) * Up to one piece per room.

Since Toyama Chiho Railway operates with unreserved seats, you may not be able to sit down depending on how crowded the train is.

While traveling through the Alpine Route, you will transfer between six different modes of transportation and carry your own luggage. Please pack compactly for easier mobility.

Views of the sea of clouds, starry skies, sunsets, and other sights from Hotel Tateyama may not be viewable depending on weather conditions.

This tour is not available for children of elementary school age or younger. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to construction work, the Tateyama Cable Car will be suspended from November 4 to November 30. During this period, the Kogen Bus (substitute bus) will operate between Tateyama Station and Bijodaira Station as an alternative to the cable car.

As the Alpine Route is expected to be crowded during Golden Week, departures from hotels may be early in the morning.

Murodo, the highest point on the Alpine Route, is 2,450 meters above sea level and the temperature is 12 to 13 degrees Celsius lower than above ground. Please bring warm clothing, a light jacket that is easy to carry, and sneakers that are comfortable to walk in. A raincoat is recommended.

The Kurobe Gorge Torokko Train will have open-air carriages without windows. In case of inclement weather, umbrellas cannot be used on board, so we recommend bringing a raincoat or other waterproof gear.
