Bought a 4G esim from sim2go to use in the Philippines and couldn't connect for many working days of the week. I couldn't contact customer service. I sent emails but still got no response, so I was at a loss.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Regarding your case, Sim2Go would like to explain further as follows: For this order, the eSIM QR code has been sent to you. However, after checking with the network operator, Sim2Go found that the package had expired and there was no history of installing eSIM on the device. In addition, Sim2Go also did not receive an email requesting technical support from you as well as a contact message. For the best experience, you should choose the time to receive the eSIM no more than 30 days from the departure date to avoid the case of the eSIM expiring. Please contact CS Traveloka for support to refund the order. Sim2Go regrets this inconvenience.
