To add eSIM manually, please refer to the eSIM detailed info in the "pre-departure reminder". Copy and paste and in the column. No need to enter

Days are calculated using a 24-hour system. For example, if a user purchases a 3-day internet plan and installs it at 10:00 am on 9/1, the plan will end at 9:59 am on 9/4

When you scan the code, that's the first day of use. It is advised to scan an install before take-off or when you arrive to avoid activating the eSIM prematurely

Once installed successfully, the eSIM cannot be reinstalled or deleted. Please do not remove the eSIM willfully after installation

After you're done using the eSIM, click "Remove Mobile Plan" in the settings to delete the eSIM

This eSIM must be activated within 90 days of issue. We recommend activating it as soon as possible upon arrival at your destination to ensure you have ample usage time

If you encounter any issue with the eSIM but have no record of reaching out to customer service to try resolving it, refunds will not be granted as the cause of the issue was not determined

After installing, please finish the setup: ① Select the eSIM as your main data SIM ② Turn on "Data Roaming" ③ Set to 5G/4G (based on selected package)

If unable to connect to a network, please check if the connection is with a provider supported by the eSIM or turn off "Automatic Network Selection" and try each network manually

If the connection is not stable, please turn on flight mode for a couple of minutes, then turn it off and let the network reconnect itself
