Airport - Hotel: Delivery between 9:00 am–6:00 pm; delivery before 9:00 pm

Hotel - Airport: Shipping before 11:00 am; pick-up between 3:00 pm–9:00 pm

Hotel - Hotel: Send before 11:00 am; deliver before 9:00 pm
Meeting Point: Please refer to the location description in the confirmation letter sent by the baggage agent

Shipping:
- Hotel: Store your luggage at the counter before 11:00 am (Guests cannot choose the delivery time)
- Airport: 9:00 am–3:00 pm (Guests can choose a 30-minute delivery time), example: 9:00 am–9:30 am, 9:15 am–9:45 am

Delivery:
- Hotel: Deliver to the counter before 9:00 pm (Guests are not allowed to choose the time)
- Airport: 3:00 pm–9:00 pm (Guests can choose a 30-minute delivery time), example: 3:00 pm–3:30 pm, 3:15 pm–3:45 pm
! ! This service does not include Airbnb options and is only applicable to hotels with counters! !


— Important information —

Passengers, we kindly ask you to provide the following information in the comments section when making your booking: Firstly, please specify the number and size of your luggage. Secondly, indicate your preferred time and location for both delivery and pick-up. Additionally, provide the name of the representative person making the booking. Lastly, share your local contact information in Japan, such as your mobile phone number, email address, and preferred communication software
Charges are determined by the number of individual pieces of luggage. In case the number of pieces exceeds the reserved quantity, additional fees will be charged on-site per extra piece. Luggage retrieval at the destination is only permitted after completion of the payment
Each piece of luggage must have dimensions (length, width, and height) that, when added together, do not exceed 180 cm, and the weight should be within 32 kg
Accepted types of luggage include handbags, suitcases, cartons, backpacks, snowboard bags, or strollers. Any baggage not meeting legal requirements will be rejected, even if the booking is successful. You are responsible for any losses and legal liability
If the delivery location is a hotel, the luggage will be handed over at the hotel's front desk or designated counter
Please specify the hotel as the shipping location in the order notes to ensure smooth delivery of your luggage
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing handover instructions and details. All necessary information will be included in this email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us directly at service@luggagent.com


— Overtime Processing —

If a customer can be contacted but fails to show up 30 minutes after the agreed time, an overtime fee of USD5 will be charged for every 15-minute interval, based on the official baggage agent website's listed rates
If the driver arrives at the hotel but is unable to receive the luggage and cannot contact the customer through the front desk or communication software, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without issuing a refund
Airport Shipping:
1.
If the flight is not delayed, the 30-minute free waiting policy will be in effect. Should the wait time exceed 30 minutes and the guest cannot be contacted, or the luggage cannot be collected, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without providing a refund
2.
Handover delay due to flight delay:

- Within one hour, we will automatically extend the handover time based on the actual flight delay time
- If the delay exceeds one hour, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund half of the fee
- If we choose to continue waiting for more than one hour, we will not charge the customer a waiting fee

*Taking into account factors such as flight delays, border quarantine measures, and customs clearance times, we recommend that customers reserve at least two hours after landing to book baggage collection time to avoid additional charges

Airport Pick-up: While it's uncommon for guests not to show up at the airport, if this occurs, we'll visit the customer-provided flight check-in counter to inquire. If the check-in counter is closed and we cannot reach the customer, we will store their luggage in an electronic locker. We will then notify the customer of the locker's location and code via email and messaging software, allowing them to retrieve their luggage and make the payment accordingly
