During the Summer (June to September), it operates from 16:00 to 24:00 on weekdays and from 14:00 to 24:00 on weekends.

The venue is closed during the Winter season.

On-site service is available in English and Korean.

Free parking is available for 2 hours; it costs 1,000 won per 10 minutes thereafter.
