Adult: Passengers above 12 years old should purchase a bus ticket

Elderly tickets: Nationals who are above 65 years old (subject to the date of boarding) and hold a national ID card or a government-issued ID card with a photo, ID number, and date, month, and date of birth to prove their identity

Love ticket: Nationals with a physical and mental disability certificate (pink). However, Traveloka cannot reserve passenger trains and seats in advance. The actual booked trains are based on actual bookings. If the provided trains are full, you can choose another train or choose a full refund

Enter "e-ticket" in the "Shipping Information"-"Detailed Address" field on the order page, the reservation code & ticket collection identification code will be provided on the order voucher for more e-ticket collection information & FAQs: https://tinyurl.com/2dnv2a7u

- Physical paper tickets: Enter the delivery address of the ticket in the "Shipping Information" - "Detailed Address" column on the order page, and the ticket will be mailed to the designated address after the ticket is issued 7 days before the departure date (only addresses in Taiwan are available for delivery, and overseas addresses cannot be delivered)

For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei Station and stay at a Kaohsiung Hotel, the outbound ticket is from Taipei to Zuoying, and the return ticket is from Zuoying to Taipei. There will be no refund for getting off the train halfway, and you need to make up the difference according to the official announcement of the high-speed rail fare
