— What You Can Expect —

Discover Bangkok's largest fresh market to source the finest ingredients before hopping on a Tuk Tuk to reach the cooking school. Immerse yourself in a comfortable and air-conditioned room, where you'll learn about the diverse range of Thai ingredients in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Under the guidance of an experienced chef, you'll have the opportunity to prepare a daily set menu tailored to your dietary preferences, while also mastering iconic cooking techniques. Together, we'll create the curry paste from scratch. During the session, there will be designated meal breaks, allowing you to savor your delicious cooked meal or connect with fellow food enthusiasts from around the globe, making new friends along the way.

- Morning: 08:30-08:40 am only
- Afternoon: 1:30-1:40 pm only
****Late arrival guests shall miss the market visit and the guest shall meet us at the school directly****

Class Duration: 3.5 hours

Prepare the stomach for 4 dishes

If there is any food restriction, please notify us in advance

We DON’T recommend the guest take a taxi due to traffic in rush hour, guests shall prepare time in traffic for 1-2 hours

Prepare shoes that can be dirtied for the market visit

NO pickup/drop off service from hotel to school provided

The parking lot is available for 1 slot, please reserve in advance with the school directly

The Private class is at least 1 person to a maximum of 12 persons/booking. The Private class shall be conducted in English, Thai, and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Please contact the school directly if you want the private class

The observer: Not participating in the class, to accompany the participant. Limit one observer per session. We shall provide the drinking water, fruits, and an extra portion of ingredients in the participant’s dish. The Observer selling price is THB 1,000/person, please feel free to pay directly at the school

The children aged 4 and above can attend the class at the regular join price, with this price we offer special assistance for the children and they shall have their own cooked meals

— How to get the meeting point by Yourself —

MRT → Drop off at MRT QSNCC Exit 1 → Wait at the in front of the sky train exit (street level)

— Cancellation Policy —

Free cancellation if canceled in 24 hours after booking time

The bookings of less than 5 people, rescheduling and a full refund can be granted until 2 days before the class

The bookings of 5 people or more, changes and full refunds can only be granted until 3 days before the class

NON-REFUNDABLE →
(A.) Any booking that which the customer has been late arriving more than an hour after the starting time, the booking shall be marked as NO-SHOW, and the full amount is charged
(B.) Any booking that cancellation does not apply to the terms and conditions above
(C.) If Any individual is found engaging in any form of disrespect, harassment, abuse, threat, any violence or appears to be dangerous toward other(s), we have the right to let them leave the premiere immediately, without any refund or compensation and it shall be reported to the appropriate authorities, who may take further action as necessary under Thai Law

REFUND → Any accident or emergency shall provide the authorized document to receive the refund

The Morning Class with Market Visit (08.30 am-12.00 pm)

08:30 am: Meet at the meeting point (Late arrival after 08:40 am Meet at the school directly)
08:40 am: Explore the local market, pick up the fresh ingredients, then back to cooking school by TukTuk
09:15 am: Introduction to vegetables, rice, herbs
10:00 am: Session 1 (soup/stir-fried) and enjoy your dish
10:30 am: Session 2 (salad) and enjoy your dish
11:00 am: Session 3 (curry) and enjoy your dish (Make curry paste from scratch)
11:30 am: Session 4 (dessert) and enjoy your dish
12:00 pm: Class ends at the cooking school

The Afternoon Class with Market Visit (01.30 pm-05:00 pm) :

01:30 pm: Meet at the meeting point (Late arrival after 01:40 pm Meet at the school directly)
01:40 pm: Explore the local market, pick up the fresh ingredients, then back to cooking school by TukTuk
02:15 pm: Introduction to vegetables, rice, herbs
03:00 pm: Session 1 (soup/stir-fried) and enjoy your dish
03:30 pm: Session 2 (salad) and enjoy your dish
04:00 pm: Session 3 (curry) and enjoy your dish (Make curry paste from scratch)
04:30 pm: Session 4 (dessert) and enjoy your dish
05:00 pm: Class ends at the cooking school
