East Nusa Tenggara

Nestled in Southwest Sumba, Ratenggaro is a cultural village that still preserves its age-old traditions. The houses feature thatched roofs that can reach up to 20 meters high. In fact, the height of the roof shows the social status of the owners. This area is even more unique as visitors can see Megalithic stones, which are the tombs of the ancestors that dated back to over 4000 years ago, around the village.
