There is no difference between these two locations, so you can choose whichever suits you best.

How to book the vaccine through Traveloka?

After choosing between getting the vaccine at Soekarno-Hatta Airport Terminal 2 or Terminal 3, you can make a booking by following these steps:

After registering through the Traveloka App, you will receive an e-voucher and a health screening form in PDF format via email. You can also access the form through this link: https://trv.lk/form-cgk.

Make sure to bring the completed health screening form to the vaccination center!

I want to book for more than one person, what should I do?

Currently, we can only accommodate one person per booking. If you wish to register for more than one person, simply repeat the booking process for each additional person.

Please note that one voucher is only valid for one registered person.

What should I bring to the vaccination center?

Please bring the following items to the vaccination center:

ID card (KTP) of the person who will get vaccinated
Traveloka voucher (mobile or printed voucher)
Pen
First vaccine certificate (for your second dose of vaccine)

What should I do for my second vaccine?

If you selected "Yes" to receive the second dose in the same venue during registration, no need to do anything as you will be automatically registered for the second vaccine. You will receive your second vaccine invitation no later than three days before the specified date. This applies to both walk-in and online registration.

However, if you selected "No", you will have to register for the second dose of vaccine by yourself at an approved facility.

What if I can't get my second dose of vaccine on the scheduled date?

Do not worry, you can visit the same vaccination center on another day as long as it is at least 28 days from your first vaccine. You can come directly without rescheduling your Traveloka booking.

Please note that we will prioritize people who are scheduled for vaccination on that particular day, so we highly suggest you get your second dose as scheduled.

What should I do after getting my vaccine?

Generally, the coronavirus antibody will work optimally 28 – 35 days after the second dose.

Thus, we suggest the following after getting your first and second dose of vaccine:

Follow the health protocols by wearing a mask, practice social distancing, and regularly wash your hands
Monitor your condition after getting vaccinated. Some people experience fatigue, fever, and loss of appetite after getting the vaccine, and it is considered normal. If the symptoms are severe, please see a doctor or go to the closest health facility
If you have only received one dose of vaccine, prepare yourself for the second dose as stated in the invitation
