I purchased Admission Ticket (QR Code Direct Entry) + Vietnamese Lunch Buffet. How do I get my lunch buffet?

You can get your lunch buffet at Arapang Restaurant from 11:00 – 14:30. Please redeem your buffet voucher before 13:00. Those who purchased the package will receive a Sun World ticket to enter the venue and the buffet inclusion will be shown in that ticket. Therefore, you must present your Sun World ticket, not your Traveloka voucher, to claim the lunch buffet.

How do I find my voucher?

After making your purchase, your ticket can be found in your email. If you couldn't find the ticket in your email, you can try the steps below:

Go to "My Booking"

If you can't find your voucher on that page, scroll down and click "All past purchases". Use the filter to make it easier to find your booking.

Click on the purchase to resend the e-ticket.

Click the paper plane icon on the right corner of the page.

Choose "Send PDF (via email) to resend the e-ticket via email.

Input your email address (now you can add more than 1 email address by clicking "add email"). Click "Send now". You will see a notification that says "E-Ticket has been successfully sent to your email" at the bottom of the page.
