Traveling to Singapore will not be complete without visiting Universal Studios Singapore. Located on Sentosa Island, this one-of-a-kind theme park offers you a lot of fun, thrills, and excitement. You can visit this park with your best friends or family to make the most out of your journey in this country. Now, we have gathered some Frequently Asked Questions that you can refer to for a smooth experience with Traveloka.

Do I need to make a reservation before the visit?

Please refer to the voucher sent to your email for accurate information. On each attraction's voucher, you can see if the attraction requires you to reserve in advance or if you can directly visit the attraction.

How do I find my voucher?

You can check your email to find the voucher for the attraction. If you can't find the voucher in your email, you can try the steps below:

Log in to your Traveloka account using the same email or phone number that you use during your purchase.
Go to "My Booking"
If you can't find your voucher on that page, scroll down and click "All past purchases". Use the filter to make it easier to find your booking.
Click on the purchase to resend the e-ticket.
Click the paper plane icon on the right corner of the page.
Choose "Send PDF (via email) to resend the e-ticket via email.
Input your email address (now you can add more than 1 email address by clicking "add email"). Click "Send now". You will see a notification that says "E-Ticket has been successfully sent to your email" at the bottom of the page.
Please check your inbox or your spam folder of your email.

What is the difference between Non-Singapore Residents, Singapore Residents, and All Nationalities tickets?

Non-Singapore Residents tickets are valid for international visitors or those who don't have Singapore passports or permanent residence permits. While the Singapore Residents tickets are only valid for Singaporeans, i.e Singapore passport holders or permanent residents. As for the All Nationalities ticket, this category means the ticket is valid for visitors of all nationalities (can be Singaporean or non-Singaporean visitors).

Can I upgrade/change the ticket type (e.g. from Child Ticket to Adult Ticket, or from Express Pass to Regular Admission Ticket)?

No, you can't. Tickets that have been purchased cannot be upgraded or changed to another ticket type.

How to reschedule or refund the ticket?
