Review Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, The Fight is On, The Drama Keeps Going On

Some tips to watch this movie:

Let’s move on to The Force Awakens which brings you back to the scenes which were made by mirroring the old OG trilogy and made the fanboys cried when they saw Millennium Falcon, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Chewie and Luke. While The Last Jedi answered all the questions that showed up in the last part of The Force Awakens which triggered arguments between the fanboys about some theories they made themselves.

Although The Rise of Skywalker hasn’t aired, some of fanboys are already upset while watching the trailer because it doesn’t meet their expectation. Well, they really like arguing.

The cool part of The Rise of Skywalker besides its jokes is many cameos from the classic Star Wars. Some appear for long but some just a split of a second. Lightsaber battle is also cool with some excellent moves. Some extra characters are also great. The new one like the funny Babu, Knights of Ren also appear a bit longer. So they don’t only appear just like some cool Hot Toys which makes the fans spend a lot of money on.

The chemistry between the main 4 characters is just perfect. Rey’s first appearance in this movie is more interesting, just like those who like Yoga in Ubud. Kylo Ren is still bad-tempered and ambitious, the more you get here the more you understand Kylo’s character. Because well, we’ve been through that phase when everything was just wrong, you couldn’t keep up and fulfilled all our wishes. Finn and Poe are getting romantic, I think we just need to wait for the invitation.

OG Star Wars characters in The Rise of Skywalker are elegant yet can still make you cry. Some scenes which have (late) Carrie Fisher make the fans shed some tears. Those fans who argue on social media, make peace right away when it comes to Carrie Fisher. She was a true Jedi who had a strong force to make us respect her.

If you’ve seen Marriage Story, you will see Charlie’s strong image in Adam Driver as Kylo Ren. Especially in the scene when he fights with Rey. Kylo’s Helmet here is fixed by using the Japanese technique called Kintsugi, fixing broken things with gold or silver. But no matter how beautiful it looks after being fixed, doesn’t mean you’ll forget why it’s broken. The memory remains.

The last 1/3 is the best scene. The ending and fights are great. What a splendid family movie.
