Kathy’s interest in positive and natural life started from her sibling’s passing because of cancer. To keep herself fit in the right way, Kathy started to learn about healthy food and nutrition.

Kathy is learning and practising one of the old treatments in the world, “Ayurveda”. It came from India, “Ayurveda” is known for its natural treatment which believes that people’s health is about body, mind and soul balance.

In practice, “Ayurveda” doesn’t focus on medicine or healing but more to the balance three things above. This balance can be achieved by applying a healthy life pattern and control the nutrition intake. “Ayurveda doesn’t recommend any use of chemical but traditional and natural medicine.

A Nutrition Expert

If you check her Instagram you can see her content that is full of healthy food menu and outdoor activities. Kathy’s interest in nutrition is not only a hobby but she’s become a nutritionist in many kinds of national and international companies since 2011.

Until early 2018, Kathy and her partner built greenery.id, a salad bar in South Jakarta. Not only a co-founder, but Kathy is also a nutritionist for delicious and healthy food in Greenery.

A Healthy Morning Routine on an Online Class
