Yes. Wristbands will only be given once when customers check-in. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of wristbands or entrance cards and has the right to refuse to let the attendees get into the concert. When moving into the venue, attendees are required to wear wristbands at all times.
You can either display the barcode from your Traveloka app or print the ticket, both will work.

Please note: You are responsible for keeping your own QR code. The Organizer is not responsible for your loss of the QR code. In cases of double redemption with the same QR code, entry to the venue will be granted to the individual who initially redeemed the QR code. Attendees are required to present their QR code at the check-in counter, where they can exchange it for a wristband and enroll in face ID to enter the event area.
There will be no queue numbers given. The redemption process will operate on a first-come, first-served basis at the ticket exchange location.
You can start exchanging your wristband and enter the venue from 10 AM on the date of the event.
The latest time for exchanging your wristband is at 9 PM each day. You can leave and re-enter the venue as long as you have a valid wristband for that date.

Customers can freely enter and exit the concert, a valid wristband is required to re-enter the event area.
- To ensure the security of the event, the Organizer has the right to check all belongings of attendees when going through the security gate.
- The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged assets. It is recommended that you do not bring valuables.
- The Organizer is entitled to remove visitors who violate the rules from the venue and tickets are not refundable.
- By participating in the event, you agree to allow the organizer to use your images for video and audio recording.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases
