General Information

When is the event date?

The event will be held from 21 December 2023 until 1 January 2024 with opening hours as follows:
- Weekday: 10.00 - 22.0
- Weekend: 10.00 - 23.00
- For 31 Dec: 10.00 - 02.00

Where is the event venue?

The event will be held at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) area Plaza Barat, Plaza Gajah Mada, Parkir Selatan.
Jl. Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, Ceger, Kec. Cipayung, Kota Jakarta Timur.

Who is the promoter?

The event's promoter is Lights One Event (@lights.onproject).

What are the ticket categories?

Traveloka offers 3 types of tickets that you can choose from:
- Weekdays ticket
- Weekend ticket
- Package 12-day ticket

Please note that these tickets do not include admission to TMII

When and where will the tickets go on sale?

Presale tickets will be available from 23 - 30 November 2023. While the Regular sales will start from 1 December 2023 - 1 January 2024. All ticket sales will start at 16:00 and can be purchased via Traveloka.

Is it possible for customers of all countries/nationalities to buy the ticket?

Yes, this ticket can be purchased from all countries.

Purchasing the Tickets

Can I buy tickets for other people?

Sure! Make sure you input the correct name according to their ID card, so they will be allowed to enter the venue.

Can I buy tickets together with other people?

Yes, you can buy the tickets with other people like friends or family. If the tickets are booked under your name, make sure to present all of the barcodes during the ticket redemption.

What is the maximum purchase per transaction?

You can purchase up to 8 tickets per transaction.

What is the minimum age required to purchase the ticket?

Children under the age of 5 or under 100cm in height can enter the event for free by showing a valid ID or proof of height.

What is the valid payment method to purchase the ticket?

All types of payment methods will be accepted to purchase the tickets for this event.

Can I choose installment using my credit card?

Yes, you can choose the installment option if you are using a credit card as your payment method option with a minimum transaction of IDR 500.000. Please find the details on our landing page for terms and conditions https://www.traveloka.com/en-id/installment

Can I choose my seat number?

All ticket types are for the free-standing areas.

Voucher Issuance

When will I receive my e-ticket?

You will receive your e-ticket instantly once you complete your purchase.

Refund Policy

Can I request to refund for my ticket?

In accordance with the promoter's regulations, tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable.

Change Booking Details

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Yes, but make sure the person you are giving your ticket to has a signed Letter of Attorney or Surat Kuasa and a copy of your ID during the redemption.

Is the ticket transferable and resealable?

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or offered for resale or used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to prizes, competitions, contests, or sweepstakes. Tickets sold or used in breach of this condition may be canceled without a refund, with the holder of the ticket being refused admission.

There is a spelling error in my name. Can I make a correction to my name?

You cannot make any changes to the name, but you can still enter the venue as long as you can present the ticket barcode on the venue.

Can I change/upgrade my ticket selections?

No, once the ticket is issued you cannot make any changes.

Ticket Validity

How long is my voucher valid for?

Your voucher is valid only for the date you selected during the purchase and what is stated on the e-voucher.

Redemption Info

What are the entry requirements?

The check-in process includes 2 steps:

1. You need to check in at the ticket control gates at the concert area and present the barcode from your Traveloka e-voucher.

2. You will then be given a wristband, which you will need to enter the venue.

Do I need to show my ID to enter the venue?

Yes, you need to show a valid ID along with your e-voucher to exchange for a wristband.

Do I need a wristband to enter the venue?

Yes. Wristbands will only be given once when customers check-in. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of wristbands or entrance cards and has the right to refuse to let the attendees get into the concert. When moving into the venue, attendees are required to wear wristbands at all times.

Can I display the digital barcode from the Traveloka app, or do I need to print out the voucher?

You can either display the barcode from your Traveloka app or print the ticket, both will work.

Can someone else redeem my ticket?

Yes, as long as the other person has a signed Letter of Attorney or Surat Kuasa and a copy of your ID.

What if I lost my barcode prior to redemption?

You can access your digital barcode through myBooking page on the Traveloka app or find the voucher issued to your email.

You can show either printed or digital barcode at the counter.

Please note: You are responsible for keeping your own QR code. The Organizer is not responsible for your loss of the QR code. The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of a QR code being redeemed twice. In cases of double redemption with the same QR code, entry to the venue will be granted to the individual who initially redeemed the QR code. Attendees are required to present their QR code at the check-in counter, where they can exchange it for a wristband and enroll in face ID to enter the event area.

Will there be any queue number given by the promotor? If yes, then how will customers receive the queue number?

There will be no queue numbers given. The redemption process will operate on a first-come, first-served basis at the ticket exchange location.

During the Event

What time will the gate open?

You can start exchanging your wristband and enter the venue from 10 AM on the date of the event.

Is late entry allowed?

The latest time for exchanging your wristband is at 9 PM each day. You can leave and re-enter the venue as long as you have a valid wristband for that date.

Is it allowed to take photos and videos using mobile phones?

Yes, as long as you use the mobile phone camera. Professional cameras are prohibited from taking a picture during the event.

Am I free to go in and out of the venue (re-entry)?

Customers can freely enter and exit the concert, a valid wristband is required to re-enter the event area.

What are the General Regulations at the venue?

- To ensure the security of the event, the Organizer has the right to check all belongings of attendees when going through the security gate.
- The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged assets. It is recommended that you do not bring valuables.
- The Organizer is entitled to remove visitors who violate the rules from the venue and tickets are not refundable.
- By participating in the event, you agree to allow the organizer to use your images for video and audio recording.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases

What are the prohibited items and actions at the venue?

You are prohibited from bringing these items to the venue:

1. DSLR, professional, or large cameras
2. Selfie sticks, tripods, or monopods
3. Boards, sticks, umbrellas, flags or similar objects
4. Professional sound or image recording equipment or Drones
5. Large bags (Max 40cm x 40 cm)
6. Food and drinks from outside
7. Folding or portable chairs of any kind
8. Tablets, laptops, or large electronic devices
9. Sharp weapons, firearms, chains, or the like and explosives
10. Do not bring /consume alcoholic drinks and illegal drugs
