A report of McKinsey’s survey released this year shows that added value provided by a brand becomes one of users’ consideration in making transactions. Price and promotion are among the considerations that dominate purchase decisions that stand at 45 percent. This is also reflected on Traveloka’s internal data which shows increasing repeat purchase from users that have joined Traveloka Priority which is up to 3.5 times higher. There is also an increase of up to three times for users that have closer relations with Traveloka.

Traveloka Priority Tiering
Traveloka Priority is presented for each Traveloka user in four tier levels which are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The Priority tier will increase or renew according to the minimal active Priority Points acquired by users. Each Traveloka user can enjoy various perks according to the Traveloka Priority tier with details as below:
