Infant and Child Passenger Policy

• Infants must use a restraint system and a companion must be seated next to those 18 years of age or older.
• Passengers with infants or children who wish to carry a restraint device must qualify and obtain permission at least 48 hours before the flight.

Pregnant Passenger Policy

• The deadline is at 28 weeks of pregnancy. If you wish to fly after 28 weeks of pregnancy, you must provide a health certificate from a midwife or doctor.
• 37 weeks of pregnancy is not allowed to fly
• Only original medical certificates can be accepted at the check-in desk and no flight will be possible without the original certificate or letter.
• The medical certificate must meet the requirements set by the airline (please refer to their official website).

Intellectual and Non-Visibility Disability Passenger Policy

• Contact at least 48 hours before the flight to request any assistance that may be required.
• Passengers must be accompanied if they are unable to communicate, unable to navigate safely and require essential personal care (such as lifting).

Wheelchair Passenger Policy

• Passengers can be assisted according to their medical certificate and health condition (must request wheelchair assistance at least 24 hours before the flight and before online check-in to ensure assistance is available).
• Carry relevant medical certificates and prescriptions if medication is required.
• Cannot select a seat in the emergency exit row
• Arrive 3 hours before departure to make all arrangements at check-in
• If bringing your own wheelchair then it must be registered

Policy for Passengers with Service Animals

• Service animals are accepted in the cabin if the flight is traveling to the US, Canada or Europe.
• All service animals or assistance dogs must travel in the cargo compartment
• Booking no less than 48 hours before the flight

Policy for Passengers with Portable Oxygen

• Supplemental oxygen is not provided on flights and passengers may carry if approved and permitted on board.
• The oxygen model is listed on Flydubai's official website
• Have an original medical certificate signed by a licensed medical doctor stating the following (flow rate, oxygen is medically necessary, passenger can see hear and understand, and can take action in response unless accompanied)
