Passenger Capacity

The maximum number of passengers allowed in a car that is displayed during booking does not include the driver or children under 3 years old. If you are traveling with children, please check the regulations of your destination city. Some cities require children to be in a baby car seat. In this case, each child will be counted as one passenger.

The driver has the right to refuse your booking if the number of passengers exceeds the maximum capacity. Please ensure that you select a car with enough seats for all passengers.

Baggage Capacity & Size

The maximum baggage capacity allowed in the vehicle is in accordance with the information stated on product detail page before you make a booking. Please note that you are not permitted to carry baggage exceeding the specified capacity, even if the number of passengers in the vehicle has not yet reached the maximum limit.

The standard size for one piece of baggage is 24 inches (43 x 23 x 63 cm).
