Airport Transfer Refund and Reschedule during PPKM Period

Regular policy applies for cancellations made due to PPKM.

Please check your Traveloka voucher to see your refund & reschedule policy.

If your booking is eligible for refund, you may submit your refund by following steps below

1. Open your Traveloka App and tap My Booking.

2. Open the e-ticket you wish to Refund.

3. Scroll down to the Manage Booking section and tap Request Refund.

4. Select Airport Transfer booking that you want to cancel, and select Force Majeure as refund reason, tap Save and Continue.

5. Review your refund details. Make sure all details are correct, then tap Submit Refund.

6. Verification code will be sent to your registered number. Enter your verification code on your App and tap, Verify.

7. To track your refund status, go to My Booking -> Choose your e-ticket -> scroll down and choose Refund.

If your booking is eligible for reschedule, you may submit your request by following steps below

1. Open your Traveloka App and tap My Booking.

2. Open the e-ticket you wish to Reschedule.

3. Login to your Traveloka Account or input your booking data for verification purposes.

4. Select Force Majeure as reschedule reason.

5. Input the new pick up date & time for your reschedule.

6. Review your reschedule details. Make sure all details are correct, then tap Submit Reschedule Request Button.

7. Our Customer Service will escalate your reschedule request to the supplier and will update your booking maximum by 24 hours.

8. Reschedule cannot be guarantee since it’s subject to supplier approval and availability.
