Follow these steps to request a refund for your Airport Transfer Booking.

1. Go to your Airport Transfer voucher in My Booking. Scroll down the page and select Refund.
2. Check if your Airport Transfer booking can still be refunded and see how much refund you will get. If your Airport Transfer booking is still refundable, start your refund request by selecting Start My Refund.
3. Read the terms & conditions about your refund and select Continue.
4. Select the Airport Transfer booking that you would like to request a refund for.
5. Select a reason for your refund.
6. Review your bank details. If you use bank transfer as the payment method for your booking, you will have to enter your bank account details. Then, tap Continue.
7. Review your refund details. If everything is correct, tap Submit Refund to submit your refund.
