How to Reschedule Airport Transfer Bookings

Follow these steps to request a reschedule for your Airport Transfer Booking:

  1. Go to your Airport Transfer voucher in My Booking. Scroll down the page and select Reschedule. If you are unable to select Reschedule, this means that your booking cannot be rescheduled anymore.
  2. Read the policies regarding your reschedule and select Start My Reschedule to begin your reschedule request.
  3. Log in to your Traveloka account if you have not logged in before.
  4. Select a reason for your reschedule.
  5. Choose your new pick-up date and pick-up time. If your trip is from the airport, you will also have to enter your new flight code. After that, select Continue.
  6. Review your booking changes. If everything is correct, select Submit Reschedule Request to submit your reschedule.
