Entrance Ticket

All visitors aged 2 and above must purchase an Ancol Admission Ticket.

Please note that some attractions in Ancol may have different age or height restrictions. Be sure to check before purchasing a ticket.

Buying Multiple Tickets

You can purchase up to 9 tickets in 1 booking.

Where to Find the Voucher Code

The voucher code for each ticket can be found on your My Booking page on your Traveloka App, or on the voucher (not receipt or invoice) sent to the buyer’s email.

Validity of Traveloka Voucher

Your Traveloka voucher is valid on your specified visit date. You do not need to make a reservation, simply come on your scheduled visit day.

On the other hand, if you purchase an E-Card, you can use the voucher code to activate it from the time the voucher is issued until the designated visit date. Please activate your E-Card before your visit.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements

Visitors aged 12 and over must be fully vaccinated (first and second doses) and children aged 6 to 11 must have received at least the first dose to gain entry.

Ancol Entrance Gate Ticket

If the ticket you purchased includes the Ancol entrance gate ticket, simply show your Traveloka voucher at the Ancol gate.

Bundled Promo Tickets

Bundle promo tickets (packages) include more than one visitor or attraction on a single ticket. For example: Buy 1 Get 1 or Dufan Entrance Ticket + Ocean Dream Samudra.

Here are a few things to know about bundle promo tickets:

The bundle tickets must all be used on the same day.

Each bundle ticket will get 1 code. For example, if you purchase a Buy 2 Get 3 voucher, you will get 1 code that is valid for 3 tickets.

Vehicle Tickets

All vehicles (cars and motorbikes) have to purchase an entrance ticket. However, parking in the area is free of charge.

Please note that visitor tickets and vehicle entrance tickets must be purchased separately.

Vehicle Entrance Tickets for Taxi Drivers or Online Taxis

You need to buy a vehicle entry ticket if the driver comes to drop you off.

Online taxi drivers are not required to purchase tickets as long as they can show the application. On the other hand, if the driver arrives to pick you up, both the driver and the car will be charged with an entry ticket.
